It's my birthday, today, and I am the big 2-8! Ok, so it's not big like the one coming up in 2 years...but it's getting closer to that new decade. :) We went out to eat last night (b/c David ended up having to work today) and actually had a really nice dinner with the kids. Usually it's a gamble to take them out...but I was impressed with their actual good behavior. :) My friend, Kara, surprised me with a YUMMY cake at work this week and David surprised me with flowers and some dessert treats from Great American Cookie. Also, Debbie treated me to lunch today! All in all it's been a really good birthday, and I feel so blessed to have a wonderful family and friends who love me. Thank you to everyone who sent me cards and wrote me Happy Birthday messages. I really appreciate all the love! :)
