Preston James is 3!

Happy Birthday to Preston!! Our little boy is THREE! Today we had a mini party for him with just our small family of 4. Preston wanted a chocolate cake...and that was probably the most important thing for him. He seriously couldn't wait for his birthday just to have some cake! :) All week if I brought up his birthday he would get a huge grin on his face and say, "I want the birthday cake! We're gonna sing Happy Birthday and have Birthday cake!" So, we had cake and sang Happy Birthday and Preston opened presents. The main thing I was excited for Preston to get was his guitar. He is always trying to sneak in my closet and play David's guitar...so he needed his own. :) He was SO excited! He kept holding it and saying, "I LOVE it, Mommy. I LOVE the guitar!" It was so fun to see him so excited about it. Happy Birthday to our goofy, stubborn, sweet, introverted, mischievous, energetic, thoughtful Preston! :) We love you so very much and you bring so much JOY to our lives!
