After Preston started feeling better I came down with some stomach bug Tuesday night. :( So much for trying to work more! I missed both days of work this week. :( I'm feeling better, but still not 100%. Thinking back, I'm so lucky to have missed out on catching any "bugs" during my pregnancy. I think it's b/c of the vitamins I was taking...and just a blessing for sure! So that's what's going on around here. I'm hoping David will miss out on what we've had. I've been disinfecting the house as much as I can!
And, look! all THREE of our neighbors' golden retrievers made it over to our yard. They had a lot of fun, but hopefully they won't be making any more visits via under the fence. Our neighbors have put cement blocks along the fence line, but soon we'll need to fill it in with some dirt to make it look better. Our yard has been a complete mess to begin with, but now it's just a sad sight. I think I know what our spring project will be!
I think they just wanted in...it was cold! Abby was confused and wanted them to join us inside our nice, warm house. I even thought about letting them join us, but then common sense hit me. 4 large dogs + 2 cats + 1 baby + me = not a good situation :) So they had to stay outside.
