Over the earlier part of the week there were dishes stacked up, laundry piled high, floors that needed mopping, clutter to pick up...but I ignored it all and enjoyed some time with my boys! David had a few days off in a row for once and it was so nice to just spend some time together. We even did some clothes shopping together...which is like a miracle...for those who know David well...he hates shopping. Unless it's "man shopping". You know, where you hurry through the store as quick as possible only getting the essential items necessary for survival. That's why I do most of the shopping. :)
Yesterday I let Preston try some of those baby cereal puffs like Gerber makes. It was hilarious to hear the little "crunch" he made with his only two teeth. He seemed to enjoy them. I have also tried to introduce a cup to get him used to the idea, but he really isn't too interested yet. That's ok, I know it takes practice.
Sorry, I'm too lazy to upload any pictures tonight. :)

An occasional mess is a good thing...Especially when it means you get to spend time with people you love and have fun.
Keep working on that cup. I read somewhere that the earlier they get used to it the more likely they will give up the bottle when the time comes.
