Yesterday Preston had his 2 month checkup...and you know what that means...he got a lot of shots! :( Five to be exact. I think it's wonderful that we do have all these vaccines available, but I still hate to hear Preston cry when he gets them. He did really well though. The nurse was wonderful and very quick and he stopped crying as soon as the sticks were done. He was pretty sore and fussy by the evening, so we gave him some infant Tylenol. He did not sleep well at all last night, but finally caught up on sleep this morning and was just fine after that. He is a big boy weighing in at 13 pounds and 8 ozs! He is also 24 1/2 inches long. So he's in the 90th percentile for weight and about the 95th percentile for length. I can't believe how fast he is growing! Happy 2 month birthday, Preston!!! :)

I hate when they have to get those shots!
Poor baby! I think it is worse becuase they just can't understand that it is good for them. But they forget which is a blessing.
