Back to Work

So Monday was my first day back to work since April! It really wasn't bad. It did feel weird to be there again, but it was nice to see everyone. The shift seemed to last FOREVER...I gotta get used to those 12 hours again. I was able to pump in the new employee breast pump room. It's pretty nice and it's near my unit on the same floor. I was given some easy patients and had a "preceptor" to really just be there as my resource. She ended up being pretty bored and went home a little early. It was nice to have an extra hand so I could relearn some of the programs we use. Surprisingly I remembered all my passwords and logins and realized that besides a few new faces, nothing has changed around there!

David did well watching Preston on Monday...besides some lost sleep. We will eventually get into a groove! Here are a couple of newer pictures of Preston. He was 8 weeks old on Tuesday! I hope everyone is having a great week.
