My friend, Kassidy, cuts hair and she offered to give Preston a real hair cut to fix the damage I did and give him the cut he needed. :) David and I brought him over to her house last night and she went to work and did an awesome job! Preston did pretty well, too. I sat him in my lap and he did really well with the clippers (I think he liked the buzzing sound) but got pretty restless sitting still with the scissors. As she buzzed and cut away the tufts of hair we noticed that his new hair growing in is BLONDE. I was surprised! I thought his hair was turning darker like David's, but looks like Preston may have the childhood blonde hair that I had. Anyway, he looks so different and grown up now! He's such a handsome little man!

Awww...look at my handsome nephew! He looks so different, it freaks me out. Connor was looking at this with me and said, "Oh, he has a hair cut now!"

I don't even want to know what it would have looked like if I attempted to cut this little guys hair. It looks great now. I loke the little spike in the front. I hope Preston does well in nursery. I'm sure he will. You know I get why the parents want to check on their kids, but after the craziness it brings I vowed to never do this as a future mom. If I'm needed they'll come get me ;)
I'll have to share some recipes on my blog. I always mean to but I get lazy. I usually just search for them online and then trial and error. I'm into super healthy stuff to so I'm always substituting low fat stuff and always adding in extra veggies and protein. I'll try and let you know of good websites in the future :)
p.s. I'm glad yo like my new background. I just barely changed it actually. I love yours too. So fun!
Penni, he looks so CUTE! Jeremy didnt recognize him in the picture, he said "No, he looks too grown up!!" lol. Hows the pregnancy going?
